【摘要】:Thescopeoftheseguidelinesincludesfossil-fueledpowerplants,gas-turbinepowerplantsoperatingincombinedcycle,andthebalance-of-plantportionincludinginterfacewiththenuclearsteamsupplysystemofnuclearpowerplants.Theguidelinesincludeperformancemonitoringconcepts,adescriptionofvariousmethodsavailable,andmeansforevaluatingparticularapplications.Theguidelinesprovideproceduresforvalidationandinterpretationofdata,determinationofperformancecharacteristicsandtrends,determinationofsourcesofperformanceproblems,analysisoftheperformanceinrelationtotheprocess,determinationoflossesduetodegradation,possiblecorrectiveactions,andperformanceoptimization.Theguidelinesprovidethenecessaryinformationforimplementingaperformancemonitoringprogram,usingeitheranautomatedoramanualdataacquisitionsystem,orboth.
