【摘要】:ThisBritishStandarddescribesanacceptancesamplingsystemprimarilydesignedforuseunderthefollowingconditions:a)wheretheinspectionprocedureistobeappliedtoacontinuingseriesoflotsofdiscreteproductsallsuppliedbyoneproducerusingoneproductionprocess;b)wherethequalitycharacteristicsoftheitemsofproductaremeasurableonacontinuousscale;c)wherethemeasurementerrorisnegligible(i.e.withastandarddeviationnomorethan10%ofthecorrespondingprocessstandarddeviation);d)whereproductionisstable(understatisticalcontrol)andthequalitycharacteristicsaredistributed,atleasttoacloseapproximation,accordingtonormaldistributions;e)where,inthecaseofmultiplequalitycharacteristics,thecharacteristicsareindependent,oralmostindependent,ofoneanother;f)whereacontractorstandarddefinesalowerspecificationlimitU,anupperspecificationlimitL,orbothoneachofthequalitycharacteristics.Ifthereisonlyonequalitycharacteristic,anitemisqualifiedasconformingifitsmeasuredqualitycharacteristicxsatisfiestheappropriateoneofthefollowinginequalities:1)xWL(i.e.thelowerspecificationlimitisnotviolated);2)xuU(i.e.theupperspecificationlimitisnotviolated);3)xWLandxuU(i.e.neitherthelowernortheupperspecificationlimitisviolated).Iftherearetwoormore,saym,qualitycharacteristics,then,designatingthelowerandupperlimitsfortheithqualitycharacteristicbyLiandUirespectively,anitemofproductisqualifiedasnonconformingifoneormoreofitsmmeasuredqualitycharacteristicsxifailstosatisfytheappropriateoneofthefollowinginequalities:4)xiWLi;5)xiuUi;6)xiWLiandxiuUi.Inequalities1),2),4)and5)arecalledcaseswithasinglespecificationlimit,and3)and6)arecalledcaseswithdoublespecificationlimits.Fordoublespecificationlimits,afurtherdistinctionismadebetweencombinedcontrol,separatecontrolorcomplexcontrol.Ifthereisonlyonequalitycharacteristic,then:?combinedcontroliswhereasingleAQLappliestononconformitybeyondbothlimits;?separatecontroliswhereseparateAQLsapplytononconformitybeyondeachofthelimits;?complexcontroliswhereoneAQLappliestononconformitybeyondthelimitthatisofgreaterseriousness,andalargerAQLappliestothetotalnonconformitybeyondbothlimits.LicensedCopy:WangBin,na,TueApr1702:03:41GMT+00:002007,UncontrolledCopy,(c)BSIBS6002-2:20076??BSI2007Iftherearetwoormorequalitycharacteristics,thisgeneralizesasfollows:?combinedcontroliswherenonconformitybeyondbothlimitsonavariablebelongstothesameclass,towhichasingleAQLapplies;?separatecontroliswherenonconformitybeyondthetwolimitsonavariablebelongstoseparateclasses,toeachofwhichasingleAQLapplies;?complexcontroliswherenonconformitybeyondthelimitthatisofgreaterseriousnessbelongstooneclasstowhichasingleAQLapplies,andthetotalnonconformitybeyondbothlimitsbelongstoanotherclasstowhichalargerAQLapplies.Notethat,inthecaseoftwoormorequalitycharacteristics,nonconformityonmorethanonequalitycharacteristicmaybelongtothesameclass
