【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheperformancerequirementsofRADIOTHERAPYDOSIMETERS,asdefinedin3.1,intendedforthemeasurementofABSORBEDDOSETOWATERorAIRKERMA(andtheirRATES)inphotonorelectronradiationfieldsasusedinradiotherapy.NOTEThroughoutthisstandard:—ifnomaterialisspecified,theterm"ABSORBEDDOSE"or"DOSE"means"ABSORBEDDOSETOWATER(inwater)"andtheterm"KERMA"means"AIRKERMA(inair)";—whenthequantity"AIRKERMA(inair)"inunits"Gy"isused,thequantity"EXPOSURE"inunits"C/kg"isalsoallowable.2Thedose-monitoringsystemsincorporatedinradiotherapytreatmentmachinesarenotcoveredbythisstandard,neitherarethere-entrantionchambersusedforbrachytherapysourcecalibration.3ThisstandardisapplicabletothefollowingtypesofDOSIMETER:a)FIELD-CLASSDOSIMETERSnormallyusedfor:1)themeasurementofKERMAorDOSEinaradiationbeam,eitherinairorinaPHANTOM;2)invivoskinsurfaceorintracavitarymeasurementsofDOSEonPATIENTS;b)REFERENCE-CLASSDOSIMETERSnormallyusedforthecalibrationofFIELD-CLASSDOSIMETERS.NOTEREFERENCE-CLASSDOSIMETERSmaybeusedasFIELD-CLASSDOSIMETERS.
