【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestoallelectronicequipmentforcontrol,regulation,protection,supply,etc.,installedonrailvehiclesandassociatedwith:-eithertheaccumulatorbatteryofthevehicle;-oralowvoltagepowersupplysourcewithorwithoutadirectconnectiontothecontactsystem(transformer,potentiometerdevice,auxiliarysupply);withtheexceptionofelectronicpowercircuits,whichconformtoEN50207.Thisstandardcoverstheconditionsofoperation,design,construction,andtestingofelectronicequipment,aswellasbasichardwareandsoftwarerequirementsconsiderednecessaryforcompetent,reliableequipment.Additionalrequirementsinotherstandardsorindividualspecificationsmaycomplementthisstandard,iftheyarejustified.Specificrequirementsrelatedtopracticesnecessarytoassuredefinedlevelsoffunctionalsafetyaretobedeterminedinaccordancewithsubclauses4.6.3.1and4.6.3.2ofEN50126anditsinformativeannexA.Softwaresafetyintegritylevelof1orhighershallonlybeconsideredwhenitisshownthataresidualsafetyriskremainsandthatithastobecarriedbythesoftwaredrivenprogrammableelectronicsystem.Insuchacase(i.e.softwaresafetyintegritylevel1orhigher),EN50128isapplicable.Forthepurposeofthisstandard,electronicequipmentisdefinedasequipmentmainlycomposedofsemiconductordevicesandrecognizedassociatedcomponents.Thesecomponentswillmainlybemountedonprintedboards.NOTESensors(current,voltage,speed,etc.)andfiringunitprintedboardassembliesforpowerelectronicdevicesarecoveredbythisstandard.CompletefiringunitsarecoveredbyEN50207.
