【摘要】:Thispracticeprovidesageneralprocedureforthesolventextractionoforganicsfromsoils,sediments,sludges,andfine-grainedsolidwastes.Itmaybeusedastheinitialstepinthesolventextractionoforganicconstituentsfromwastematerialsforthepurposeofquantifyingextractableorganiccompounds.Whentheappropriateextractionsolventisused,theprocedurecanbeappliedtothedeterminationofthetotalsolventextractablecontent(TSEC)ofthesample.TheextractionofnonvolatileorsemivolatileorganiccompoundsfromtheabovesolidwasteshouldusesolventslistedinTable1orSW846Method3540.Thedetectionlimit,linearconcentrationrange,andsensitivityofthemethodforspecificorganiccompoundanalysiswilldependuponthemethodusedforinstrumentalanalysisandwillalsodependuponthesampleclean-upandsolventconcentrationmethodsused.TypicaldetectionlimitsthatcanbeachievedforGCorGC/MSareinthepartspermillionandsub-partspermillionrange.Themethoddetectionlimitcanbeadjustedbyvaryingthevolumeofextractusedandbyadditionalsampleclean-uppriortoanalysis.Soxhletextractionhasanadvantagewhenanalyzingsolidwasteandsoil/wastemixtureswhichformemulsionswithmorerigoroussolventmixingextractiontechniques.TABLE1SelectedApplicationsofSoxhletExtractionforExtractionofOrganicConstituentsfromSolidMatricesSampleMatrixSolventCompoundsorConstituentsExtractionTime,h(cycles)Reference(1)Sediment
