【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthemechanical,physicalandopticalcharacteristicsofa120mm,read-onlyopticaldisktoenabletheinterchangeofsuchdisks.Itspecifiesthequalityoftherecordedsignals,theformatofthedataandtherecordingmethod,therebyallowingforinformationinterchangebymeansofsuchdisks.ThisdiskisidentifiedasDVD-Read-OnlyDisk.ThisInternationalStandardspecifies-fourrelatedbutdifferentTypesofthisdisk(seeclause7),-theconditionsforconformance,-theenvironmentsinwhichthediskistobeoperatedandstored,-themechanicalandphysicalcharacteristicsofthedisk,soastoprovidemechanicalinterchangebetweendataprocessingsystems,-theformatoftheinformationonthedisk,includingthephysicaldispositionofthetracksandsectors,theerrorcorrectingcodesandthecodingmethodused,-thecharacteristicsofthesignalsrecordedonthedisk,enablingdataprocessingsystemstoreadthedatafromthedisk.ThisInternationalStandardprovidesforinterchangeofdisksbetweendiskdrives.Togetherwithastandardforvolumeandfilestructure,itprovidesforfulldatainterchangebetweendataprocessingsystems.
