【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmaterial,process,dimensionalandsomeperformancerequirementsforhotdipspungalvanizedcoatingsappliedtocoarsethreadedsteelfastenersfromM8uptoandincludingM64andforpropertyclassesuptoandincluding10.9forbolts,screwsandstudsand12fornuts.ItisnotrecommendedtohotdipgalvanizethreadedfastenersindiameterssmallerthanM8and/orwithpitchesbelow1,25mm.NOTEAttentionisdrawntothefactthattheproofloadsandstressesunderproofloadofoversizetappednutswiththreadsM8andM10andtheultimatetensileloadsandproofloadsofundersizethreadedboltsandscrewswiththreadsM8andM10arereducedascomparedtothevaluesspecifiedinISO898-2andISO898-1respectivelyandarespecifiedinAnnexA.Itprimarilyconcernsthespunhotdipgalvanizingofthreadedsteelfasteners,butitmayalsobeappliedtootherthreadedsteelparts.ThespecificationsgiveninthisInternationalStandardmayalsobeappliedtonon-threadedsteelpartssuchaswashers.
