【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationoftetra-toocta-chlorinateddibenzo-pdioxins(PCDDs)anddibenzofurans(PCDFs)inwatersandwastewaters(containinglessthan1%bymasssolids)usinghigh-resolutiongaschromatography/high-resolutionmassspectrometry(HRGC/HRMS).ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletotheseventeen2,3,7,8-substitutedPCDDs/PCDFsspecifiedinTable1.Thedetectionlimitsandquantitationlevelsinthismethodareusuallydependentonthelevelofinterferencesratherthaninstrumentallimitations.Theminimumlevels(MLs)specifiedinTable2arethelevelsatwhichthePCDDs/PCDFscanbedeterminedwithnointerferencespresent.Themethoddetectionlimit(MDL)for2,3,7,8-TCDDhasbeendeterminedas4,4pg/lbasedonthismethodusingasamplevolumeof1l.Lowerdetectionlimitsmaybeachievedbyusingalargersamplevolume.Thismethodis“performancebased”.Theanalystispermittedtomodifythemethodtoovercomeinterferencesorlowerthecostofmeasurements,providedthatallperformancecriteriainthisInternationalStandardaremet.Therequirementsforestablishingmethodequivalencyaregivenin9.1.2.
