【摘要】:Thisstandarddescribesahydraulicmethodforthedeterminationofburstingstrengthandburstingdistensionoftextilefabrics.Inthispartahydraulicpressureisappliedusingaconstantrateofpumpingdevice.NOTEprENISO13938-2describesajnethodusjng.prieumatic.pressure.Themethodisapplicabletoknitted,woven,nonwovenandlaminatedfabrics.Itmaybesuitableforfabricsproducedbyothertechniques.Thetestissuitablefortestspecimensintheconditionedorwetstate.Fromtheavailabledatathereappearstobenosignificantdifferenceintheburstingstrengthresultsachievedusinghydraulicorpneumaticbursttesters,forpressuresupto800kPa.Thispressurerangecoversthemajorityofperformancelevelsexpectedofgeneralapparel.Forspecialtytextilesrequiringhighburstingpressures,thehydraulicapparatusismoresuitable.
