【摘要】:Thisstandardestablishesasetofspecificationstoallowseamlessmultivendorinteroperabilityandcommunicationbetweenpoint-of-caredevices,dataconcentrators,andclinicalinformationsystems.CLSIdocumentPOCT1providestheframeworkforengineerstodesigndevices,workstations,andinterfacesthatallowmultipletypesandbrandsofpoint-of-caredevicestocommunicatebidirectionallywithaccesspoints,dataconcentrators,andlaboratoryinformationsystemsfromavarietyofvendors.Asaninterfacestandard,thisdocumentspecifiesthecommoncommunicationinterfacesandprotocolsbetweensystemsanddevices.Itfacilitatesthetransferofdatatosupportthecreationofpoint-of-careapplications,services,andinstitutionalpolicies.Thisdocumentdoesnotdirectlyaddressspecificpointof-careapplicationandservicelevelfunctions,suchasdevicelockoutandoperatorlistmanagement.Thisdocumentspecifiesprotocol,notpolicy.Theinterfacesspecifiedsupportthecommunicationrequiredforengineerstobuildsuchapplication-levelfunctionality.Specifying,building,andprovidingtheapplicationstosupporttheseservicesarelefttocustomers,deviceandinformationsystemvendors.Theonlyrelationshipofthispoint-of-carestandardtothelaboratoryautomationdomainisthroughtheuseoftheHL7standard.Inversion2.4,1theHL7standardwasexpandedtoprovideelementsessentialtolaboratoryautomation,whichalsoimprovedtheHL7standardfortheentirelaboratory-testingdomain.TheseadditionstoHL7,alongwithfourproposednewHL7messagetriggers(seeSection4.1inAppendixCofthisCLSIstandard),enablethepoint-of-carecommunitytouseHL7asitselectronicdatainterchange(EDI).Thisspecificationalsoleveragesseveralcommunicationstandards.Itspecifiestheuseofasingledevicetransportprotocol(IrDATinyTP)runningovertwopossiblephysicallayers:IrDA-infrared,asspecifiedbytheInfraredDataAssociation(IrDA)andISO/IEEE11073-303002;andcable-connected,asspecifiedbytheIEEE1073lower-layersstandard.3ThisspecificationalsoutilizeslocalareanetworkingstandardssuchasIEEE802.34andprotocolssuchasTCP/IPincaseswherenetworkconnectivityisrequired.
