【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthechronictoxicitytorotiferBrachionuscalyciflorus,basedonpopulationgrowthinhibitionin48h.Themethodisapplicableto:a)chemicalsubstanceswhicharesolubleorwhichcanbemaintainedasstablesuspensionsordispersionsundertheconditionsofthetest;b)industrialorsewageeffluents,treatedoruntreated,ifappropriateafterdecantation,filtrationorcentrifugation;c)freshwaters;d)aqueousextracts.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletothetestingofunstablechemicals(hydrolysing,absorbing,etc.)inwaterunlessexposureconcentrationismeasured,nortothetestingofaquaticsamplesfromtheestuarineormarineenvironment.
